Supervision
Clinical supervision is an important part of a therapist's work, a space to explore, reflect and restore. As well as to safe guard clients and ensure we are acting in their best interest.

My approach is grounded in fostering a supportive, friendly, and collaborative working relationship, where therapists can share the emotional weight of the work. both highs and lows.

I base my supervision practice on the Inskipp and Proctor model, the Normative, Formative and Restorative. As well as the BACP ethical framework. I also integrate creative approaches when appropriate. I encourage thinking out of the box.
My goal is to provide a reflective and collaborative space where therapists can safely explore their work, and how it impacts them.

I am keen to encourage professional growth and progression. My own enthusiasm for learning and adapting to different ways of working with clients, supports this. It's rewarding to witness therapists evolving with their practice.

I offer individual and group supervision, in person, or online.

I am very happy to arrange a 15 minute initial chat about what you are hoping for in a supervisor. Please make first contact by email or text.
