Life can be complicated; events and relationships can change us in ways that we don't fully understand. We may get frustrated at our anxiety, confused by the way we respond to relationships, or find it hard to connect with our world in the way that we used to.
In therapy, I can work with you to explore how all this makes sense in the context of your history and circumstances, while discovering and moving towards the path you feel is right for you.
As an integrative therapist, I weave together several modalities of therapy to create a flexible holistic approach.
