About Me
I am a fully qualified counselling therapist, and a member of the BACP working, within their ethical framework.
I believe it's really important to find the right therapist for you, and for that person to be someone you feel comfortable with.
I have worked with survivors of sexual abuse and rape for many years, on helplines and as a counsellor. This has given me vast and varied experience, and great respect for the courage of clients.

Difficult emotions don't go away just because they are not acknowledged, often they get pushed down, and you try to carry on as normal, until one day you realise you are not living the way you want to.
Therapy offers a safe, confidential, caring space to look at whatever has led you off of your Path, and to explore which is the right direction for you now.
